ex99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and ex99 ("ex99", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ex99 website at ex99.club, including all games, betting services, promotions, and any other content or functionality made available on or through the Platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing ex99.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. • You are using your own funds to deposit and play. Deposits made with funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity are strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on ex99. Multiple account registration is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. The following conditions govern your account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your mobile number, password, or any account details with any third party.
• ex99 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
• You must notify ex99 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification when requested.
• ex99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time. This may include requesting source-of-funds documentation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ex99 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). ex99 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to your account balance in BDT upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. ex99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to verification. ex99 may require KYC documents, source-of-funds declaration, or additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• ex99 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to the player's account balance if the original verification conditions are not satisfied within a reasonable timeframe.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by ex99 and are displayed in the cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and by account verification status.
• ex99 will not process a withdrawal to a payment method or account that differs from the one used for the original deposit, except where the original method does not support outgoing payments, in which case an alternative will be agreed upon.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ex99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside the promotion:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses by circumventing these restrictions constitute bonus abuse.
• ex99 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has breached these Terms or engaged in bonus abuse.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the specific terms of that promotion, including any applicable wagering requirements on winnings derived from free spins.
• ex99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any ongoing wagering activity by a player at the time of such change is respected.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ex99 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring that bets are placed correctly before confirmation. The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may vary by game type, event, and account status.
• In the event of a technical error or malfunction during gameplay that affects the outcome of a bet, ex99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Sports betting markets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). ex99 reserves the right to void bets on events affected by force majeure.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or by live dealer actions in real time. ex99 does not interfere with or influence live game outcomes.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ex99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or sports betting markets.
• Opening multiple accounts (bonus abuse, duplicate accounts, or proxy accounts) whether in your own name or using a third party's identity.
• Attempting to launder money or using ex99 to disguise the origins of illegally obtained funds.
• Colluding with other players or with any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game or sports event.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting exploiting platform promotions, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors in sports markets.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

ex99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached. The following circumstances may also lead to suspension or closure:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by ex99 following a withdrawal request or a compliance review.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• A player's voluntary request to close their own account, including self-exclusion requests made through our Responsible Gaming tools.

9. Responsible Gaming

ex99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of tools to help players manage their activity. Players who feel that their gaming is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to contact our support team for assistance:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Session time-out — set a time limit on individual gaming sessions or request a temporary cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion — request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ex99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, regardless of whether ex99 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

ex99 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect availability. ex99 shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of Platform unavailability.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on ex99.club, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software, is the property of ex99 or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of ex99, except as is necessary for ordinary personal and non-commercial use of the Platform.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ex99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ex99 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team at [email protected].
